About JP Dupont
JP Dupont is a police leader, musician, storyteller, and speaker whose work explores how experience shapes identity, leadership, and human connection. Drawing from more than a decade in policing and community work across Canada, he uses honest stories, practical insight, and music to help audiences reflect on the people they are becoming—and the choices they can still make about who comes next.
“I do not speak because I have all the answers. I speak because the right story can help us ask a better question.”
My Approach
I use stories, reflection, and practical insight to help people better understand themselves, their relationships, and the experiences that shape them. Drawing from policing, music, leadership, and community work, I create space for audiences to examine the assumptions, beliefs, and experiences that influence how they lead, connect, and respond to challenges. My goal is not to provide all the answers, but to help people ask better questions, see themselves more clearly, and take intentional steps toward the person they are becoming.
